Customer Service

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days via UPS Ground delivery.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package.  For our flat rate shipping, we ship to the continental LOWER 48 states and Washington DC exclusively.  We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any foreign countries at this time.
Expediting Orders
Ernie's Supply is NOT able to EXPEDITE orders. All orders ship within 1 to 2 business days via UPS Ground.  We cannot offer any expedited or overnight delivery or other shipping options at this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  
At Ernie's Supply, we value your trust and we are committed to preserving our relationship.  We take all possible precautions in regard to protecting your privacy and guarding your personal and business data and information.  Your business information will NOT be distributed to any outside mailing list firms or to any outside third parties, other than what is necessary to complete and ship your order. You will never receive SPAM emails from us.  We receive and store certain types of information whenever you visit  We collect personal information that you provide during registration and order payment.  This includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address.  We use "cookies" to obtain certain types of information from your web browser when your web browser accesses our website.  
All credit card information processed through is sent to us via a secure server and by using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.  We store your credit card number and your verification information only long enough to complete the transaction, upon which it is removed from our database. 
You may chose to place an order without creating an account.  If you choose to create an account, you will be able to view previous orders, create a wishlist and maintain unique shipping addresses.  You will receive an order confirmation via email once an order is placed.

For your convenience, we accept PayPal and major credit cards.  This includes VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Updating Account Information
You may log into your account to view your order status at any time.  Your account information my be revised at any time by simply logging into your account using your email address.  If you forget your password, you may request that it be reset by selecting the Log In tab and then clicking on the"Forget your password?" link.  You will then be prompted to enter your email address upon which you will receive a link to reset your password.

We only accept returns of FULL original boxes of the sandpaper, discs, pads, or other products WITHIN 60 days of the order date.  We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns of partial boxes, or any returns of full boxes after 60 days.  Please contact us if you need to return an item at 307-461-9870.
